Anchor Niagara started from something simple — a promise.
A promise to create, to contribute, and to give back to the community that shaped me.

There was no business plan in the beginning — just a vision, a drive, and a lot of faith. And over the years, that small promise grew into something bigger than I ever imagined: a legacy built on hard work, collaboration, and community.
My daughter, Hope joined me — along with my fellow Niagara-on-the-Lake Councillor, Adriana, and her daughter, Loretta. We wanted our girls to be there.

To see firsthand what it looks like when women support women. To understand that leadership isn’t about titles or power; it’s about courage, kindness, and teamwork.

We want them to grow up knowing that being a leader doesn’t mean standing alone — it means standing together. That real success means lifting others up, not climbing over them.

That is what community impact looks like.
That is what Anchor Niagara was built for.
And that is the legacy we’re creating — together.

Pink Pearl Foundation was founded by local #notl resident and Cancer survivor, Elise Gasbarrino.

Supporting over 4,000 young Canadian females living with Cancer, Pink Pearl has raised over $650,000 to offer free programs and support.

One of our Anchor Events (annual) is Eat, Drink, Pink! With 100% of proceeds benefiting Pink Pearl.

As one of our Designer Purse Bingo recipients for Designer Purse Bingo, this Thursday November 6th, Elise and her team will be on site with information on this incredible charity and answer any questions.
